Image description: Footprints in the snow lead to a group of trees with a cross. Even if life's path is not always straight and clear, every beginning has an end - and every existence leads inevitably to death.

Background story: Unfortunately, there have hardly been any snowfalls worth mentioning in northern Germany in recent years, but in the winter of 2019 I was able to make photographic use of one of these rare days. While visiting ”Möllerings Hügel“ in Billerbeck, I came across these footprints, which added a deeper level of meaning to the scenery.
